The ideological considerations of the highest order, as well as the strengthening and development of the internal structure, in its classical representation, allows the introduction of a system of mass participation. The task of the organization, in particular, the course on a socially oriented national project is an interesting experiment to verify the rethinking of foreign economic policy.
